This is an old thread, Tarek, and Modelsplease hasn't been on the forums in a while, so I don't know if he's still giving us permission to use his designs. I know that we're still using his C-9A Kahless tIq vo' (Heart of Kahless) class though because Kenneth has posted images of a very similar-looking model on the forums. We're calling it the Scorpion class. If you want to look at the models that ARE in the game - all 400+ of them, then we've got images of them all (It'll Take A While To Load)

Modelsplease gave us a blanket permission to us his work on this project.
I hope he remembers when the time comes. When that time does come
I hope to win him back to work on our ships.

It would be a shame to make an assumption like that only for it to turn out wrong. Have you tried to contact him, Kenneth? You could try his registered email address, or I could use the admin panel to send him an "official" email.

Then we were in contact he gave us blanket permission to us all his work.
All models retain the credit file if we are asked to or not.
I want to get him back into working on the game but only when the time is write. That will be when we can show him the models in a combat engine that runs in the game.
I have to be careful to not keep bothering the same modeler on each new ship I download. They get annoyed if they have already said yes for all models.

The C-9A, as well as the new C-9A rebuild, E-7 and the Warblood are all my designs, created and textured by me. They were converted by Modelsplease. You have my permission to use any model marked as created by Raven Night or Nightsoft as long as you guve proper credit.
There are quite a few models that would fit into your project, including a few good Romulans. If you need a list of the models I have created or sanctioned let me know.
