Yes, moons will be colonizable (they're bugged atm). Terraforming will be in the game, I don't think it's definitive just yet on how. Asteroids are minable, there's still some uncertainty on how raw materials will be generated in systems (all/some). Nebulae will probably be sources for Deuterium in the future.
