I think this survey will bring a big leadership to Federation, but beside that: what are the desires ?

- "with all races" or "depends on SP/MP"
- "I did already some Supremacy-Multi Player"

Another question is which race is easy to play and why (though this will change everytime if changes are made to balancing, due to Supremacy is still in development.)
And in my mind big thoughts about especially for example whether military ship power of Romulans is too high -> there might be made separat survey or discussion.

Here, I want to find out -in addition- which race is how to play and how the experiences are...
- Federation: do much research and diplomacy (when it works), mention you have strong ships (speed?), but effort for ships (costs, resources, officers, maintenance) are high
- Klingons: high combat strength

Maybe atm all races are to play like this:
- discover by your scouts extreme good systems to colonize (having dilithium and row material bonus)
- expand your range using stations (build by construction ships)
- at Multi Playing: try to attack other empires as soon as you can (of course without losing combats)
- try to conquer other systems (I'm not sure if participanting of -empty- transport ships is sufficient for this)

For me the biggest problem with Supremacy is the length of play. It is a wonderfully complicated game that will take a lot of time to play when it is fully coded. If you sit down with friends to play it will be half a day or more. In our busy lives it is hard to set aside time to play a game like this.

I had thought that letting people submit their moves for a turn within some time window over one to several days would allow us to chose when we had time to game a single move. A complex game could slowly play out over weeks. According to Mike and Blood it would take a great deal of work to make Supremacy run on a server in that way. Not just the mechanics of logging into a severe to chose your moves but then rebuilding of combat. Would it be reworking combat to run on your rules of engagement when you were not there or would you get an email or IM to attend to combat choices that day?

Mike suggested that we play the game in time limited segments over a series of game meetings. Lets give that a try if we may. What about starting this Sunday and we play for one and a half hours? Half an hour to get everyone online and working then an hour to play before we save game.

Same time, 8 AM Pacific, California to 5 PM CET, Germany. We keep it going for a few Sundays until someone wins or we all die of old age.

it would be good to know how many people would have interest to participant and maybe just believe it's not up to them to say hello.

I'm a little bit crazy but for example if 20 people would like to participant and 16 just don't say it, Supremacy can't be started with all 5 races.

If 8 want participant, it's also available to start 2 separat games....so people: I want to hear your voices
