I have noted that the Romulans always get run over by the more rapid buildup of Klingon ships in game testing. The difference in races is a good thing but need to experiment with alternatives like letting them make smaller ships faster.

Noticed in your last release that the Dominion is back to colony ships from construction ships. I was wondering about a mixture of the two. Also wondering about different build times for some of the races in the non combat ships.

We can start testing some changes in Multiplayer and see what works best. Thanks for outlining the current setting.
