The latest builds have primitive minors construct only primitive farms which is realistic given their canon level of technological Progress. However, this creates an issue if you encounter a primitive race late in the game (or start at an advanced or supreme tech level). If they join your empire, it usually takes them ~500 turns to build a single lvl 10 industry building, which is of course somewhat frustrating for the 'lucky' player who has them in his empire. I see 2 different options to solve that Problem a) they wont try to build the most advanced tech lvl version of industry/science/energy buildings but the lvl 1 version which should reduce construction time significantly b) a function to spend credits to speed up planetary construction processes is implemented or c) both options are implemented.
