http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Chang%27e_3 China's experts say that they are still behind in technique, but they also want to have a (small) manned orbital station until 2020 when ISS might be out of duty - well, it's all a question of willing and money of course |

Wish the human rights thing was not getting in the way so funds could be pooled for bigger missions. A robot on the moon from China is big news but no big advance in the conquest of space.
