The Haakonians are a relatively tall species, with multiple facial ridges, and of common physiology. They fought a long, bitter war with the Talaxians, and it resulted in the development of terrible weapons of mass destruction; the research of which still remains, and it would be dangerous in the wrong hands. In diplomatic affairs, they are more trusting and open than they once were. It is a period of new hope and prosperity for them, but bitterness after the war still simmers in some sectors of society. Healing those wounds should be made a priority. |
