Intel Ships

  • Tech level 1: Dominion: It's a unique that Dominion is starting at tech level 1 with Spy ships
  • Tech level 2: at this level Cardassians, Klingons and Terrans are jumping in in different types of ships
  • Tech level 3: almost every major race has all kind of intel ships. Borg never have intel ships
