The Anticans are a lupine race, somewhat technologically lacking, and whose past includes a great deal of inci-dental contact with a race known as the Selay. The animosity between these two races is of epic proportions, and it will be a long diplomatic process just to ease the long simmering tension. The Anticans are extremely set in their ways, and often regard the customs and practices of other races to be barbaric and foolish. |
