The Argrathi have expended a great deal of time and resources into investigating and studying the mind. Some questionable applications have arisen from this research, including neural implants of 'virtual prison' memories, eliminating the need for actual prisons. The rehabilitation benefits are detrimentally offset, it is believed, by the disorientating and displacing outcome for those who have completed their sentences; however, the practise has been effective in maintaining planetary security, and sustaining order. |
